Extreme Passion
This hunting season has rewarded a passion that overtakes all emotions which words can not justify. It's a feeling that only a true hunter can understand. It all began on the first day of bow/crossbow season as I approached my stand. My first call received an answer immediately, and I communicated for 20 minutes back and forth. This great phantom approached with great caution and made very little mistakes surviving in a heavily hunted area. Before this dominant Bull with a spread of 57" presented his self he smashed several trees. Then he walked in front of me and bowed his head to show his great wide rack as a king with his crown. When he reached 35 yards it was all over as he ran no more than 20 feet falling to my arrow. I have great respect for this animal and the memory of the "KING OF COTEAUX" will live forever. Good hunting to all !!!
